Creates a Storage Volume

https://{serverURL}/api/storage-volumes

This endpoint allows creating a Storage Volume.
Only certain types of storage servers support creating and deleting storage volumes, such as 3Par and Isilon.
Configuration options vary by Storage Volume Type. Plugin-based Storage Volume Types do not require a storageGroup, while built-in Storage Volume Types do.
