Create a Network Pool Server

This endpoint allows creating a Network Pool Server. Only certain types of integrations support creating and deleting network pool servers, such as Bluecat, Infoblox, phpIPAM, and Solar Winds. Configuration options vary by type. Note that creating a pool server will automatically create and associate the corresponding network integration object, but management is done via the network pool server object.
