Change Server Cloud

This api call is reserved for migrating servers from one cloud to another. This could be due to moving clusters or resource pool scoping of a server without losing the data.

The cloud/zone ID we are moving the set of servers to

A JSON array of source: and target: server ids to be moved. If the target is blank Morpheus will automatically try to match by the servers unique or externalId
