Upgrade a Cluster (Kubernetes)

post https://{serverURL}/api/clusters//upgrade-cluster

This endpoint updates the kubectl and kudeadm versions on a Kubernetes cluster to the specified version. Use Get Cluster Upgrade Versions to list valid version targets for the cluster.
